What we collect, and why.
We collect as little as possible, tell you what happens to your files, and make deletion easy. This note follows Canada’s PIPEDA principles.
What we collect
Only what we need to do your order and reach you about it:
- Name and email — required, so we can confirm your order and tell you when it’s ready.
- Phone — optional, only if you’d like a faster way to be reached about pickup.
That’s it. No demographics, no advertising profiles, nothing sold or shared.
Your files
Uploaded models are kept private and secure — only ever used to prepare and print your order, never shared, made public, or reprinted for us or other customers.
When your order is finished — or if it’s cancelled — we delete your uploaded model files automatically: the printable files we could ever reprint from. We keep a small low-resolution preview image and some anonymous measurements from slicing (print time, grams of filament, and the like), so your order history stays viewable and our estimates keep improving — but never the printable design itself.
Want even the preview gone? Ask us any time and we’ll delete it right away.
No tracking, no accounts
There are no customer accounts, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics following you around. Your order is looked up by its number and PIN, or a private link — nothing more.
Your rights & contact
You can request access to the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Reach us through the order flow or the contact details on the about page, and we’ll take care of it promptly.
