Upload an STL or 3MF file, then set material, colour and quality per item — an itemized quote updates live as you choose, the same breakdown we use internally. Place the order; once we confirm the final price you pay by Interac e‑Transfer, we print, and you pick up locally. No account needed.

Usually, yes. We arrange models that share a material, colour and quality onto the same build plates to use as few plates as possible — which lowers machine warm-up and per-plate handling — and the base handling fee is charged just once per order. So putting several models in one order costs less than ordering them separately. Different colours or settings print on their own plates, and we’ll optimize anything complex by hand before confirming your price.

STL and 3MF. A 3MF that contains several objects can be split into separate items in the wizard with one click.

Most orders are ready in 2–4 days, depending on size, quality and the current queue. You’ll get a tracking link and can check status anytime.

Once we’ve reviewed your files and confirmed the final price, we send you an Interac e‑Transfer request. We start printing as soon as it clears. Online card payment is coming soon.

As a small local business, we’re below the thresholds that require registering for BC PST or federal GST, so we’re exempt from charging it. It’s not a loophole or an oversight — it just means no sales tax is added to your quote at checkout, where registered shops tack on about 12%. Once we grow past those thresholds, we’ll register and collect tax like everyone else.

Up to 300 × 300 × 320 mm for single-colour parts, and up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm for multi-colour (up to 4 colours). The wizard picks the right setup automatically and flags anything too large.

If you’d like more than one colour in a single model, mention it in the notes when you order — multi-colour prints of up to 4 colours are quoted manually.

We keep a core range of PLA, PETG and ABS colours on the shelf, and we can usually source a specific colour or finish on request.

Tell us what you’re after — a colour name, the filament brand, or a hex value — and start an order with the details in the Notes field. We’ll check availability and confirm before printing.

Sourcing a special colour usually adds a few days, and occasionally a small surcharge for specialty filament — we’ll include both in your quote to avoid surprises later.

They’re kept private and secure — only ever used to prepare and print your order, never shared, made public, or reprinted for us or anyone else. We keep them to improve our pricing estimates over time, and you can opt out of retention per order or request deletion anytime. Full detail on the privacy page.
